Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, we have a strict but fair refund policy.
1. All Sales Are Final (Digital Downloads)
Once a digital product (such as LUTs, presets, look packs, or downloadable files) has been purchased and delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Digital products cannot be returned, and after download there is no way to revoke access.
2. Exceptions (If We Will Issue a Refund)
We will provide a refund only under the following conditions:
✔ Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchase the same item more than once, we will refund the duplicate charge.
✔ Technical Issues on Our End
If you experience download issues due to a server error on our side, and we are unable to manually provide the files, we will issue a refund.
✔ File Corruption
If a file is damaged or corrupted and cannot be opened, we will replace the file.
If the file cannot be replaced, we will issue a refund.
3. No Refunds for:
❌ Buyer’s remorse
❌ Changing your mind
❌ Not using the product
❌ Incorrect software or workflow compatibility
❌ Failure to read product descriptions
❌ Issues caused by third-party software or hardware
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing.
4. Contact for Refund Requests
All refund requests must include:
- Order number
- Email used at checkout
- Description of the issue
- Screenshot or screen recording (if applicable)

5. Fraud Prevention
To protect our intellectual property:
- All refunds are manually reviewed
- Proof of non-use or non-access may be required
- Chargebacks for valid digital deliveries will be disputed
